What is Yoga and how does it work on the mind and body?  

Yoga means Union or to join together. Union of Mind, Body and Soul.

- Yoga increases strength and flexibility of muscles and joints.
- Yoga increases energy, relieves fatigue and stress in the shortest possible time.
- Improves body awareness, emotional control and well being.
- It teaches efficient breathing and improves lung capacity.
- Yoga improves mental focus and stops unwanted and damaging thoughts.

 

What Kind of Yoga Do You Teach?

 

Bhim teaches all aspects of ancient traditional Hatha Yoga and Raj Yoga. He is a full time Yoga teacher and available from 8am to 8pm. He teaches private and group classes.

 

 

Who Can Do Yoga?

 

According to Yoga books, a child (over eight years), young person, an old person, extremely old, sick, extremely sick and whoever is breathing can practise Yoga. It means whatever business, condition or circumstance you are in Yoga practice can make your body, mind and spirit perfectly healthy. Some people think that Yoga is only for flexible people, but that is simply not true.

Bhim is the member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (A.T.M.S.). Aum Raja Yoga and Healing Centre is a fully registered business with the Department of Fair Trading. For extra precaution and safety of his clients, Bhim has taken Medical Malpractice and Public & Product Liability Insurance up to two million dollars.
