Growing up in India, Yoga became an integral part of my life. Yoga and meditation were a part of our school curriculum and daily life. What started as a hobby at 14, soon became a vital element of my lifestyle.
Yoga is an ancient school of Hindu philosophy, derived from the primeval Vedic tradition of India. My passion for Yoga led me to explore its dynamics in the west, and become a Yoga teacher.
I have been a teacher for more than 15 years. Since completing my Yoga Teacher training course, I have been conducting authentic yoga lessons, for both adults and children.
I look forward to sharing my traditional Yogic experience and passion with those who aspire for the supreme truth and a simplistic existence. I bring with me the Yogic knowledge to help practitioners develop strength, flexibility, physical and emotional balance, and stillness of the mind.
I am a qualified Yoga and Meditation teacher with additional qualification to teach Yoga and Meditation to children and teenagers.
