Meditation helps us eliminate negative emotions, anxiety and worries. It brings within us a sense of true joy and happiness. The practise of meditation carried out regularly mitigates the symptoms of anger, stress and anxiety; transporting our mind into the wonderful realm of serenity and calmness. Our Pranayama (breathing technique) sessions, will help you establish a harmonic personal connection between your mind, body and soul, further developing an innate sense of wellbeing, by existing in the present moment. Our Tapas sessions include Pranayama, visualisation, mindfulness practices and Mantra meditation. All with an open mind and a willingness to learn, are welcomed to participate in these sessions.
Clients must notify the instructor of cancellation through 'text, phone call, or booking app' 24 hours before the class starts. Terms & Conditions Apply. For any classes in the 'am' time period (morning 00:00-12:00), clients must book those sessions at least '24' hours in advance. Clients are able to book sessions up to 4 hours in advanced, notify the instructor if the booking window has closed and you wish to book.
