Our Ananda sessions will cultivate a state of Bliss to relax your body and the mind with the help of gentle, restful and calming Asanas, Pranayama (breathing techniques) and Meditation. Our class sequences contain carefully selected postures that are floor-based, including reclined and seated variants and on rare occasions even performed in the standing position. The lessons are planned with focus on de- stressing, stretching and gently strengthening the body and the mind. During the sessions, the benefit of the asanas will be explained. Props will be made available by your instructor to assist you with proper alignment and posture. Now, all from the comfort of your home.
Clients must notify the instructor of cancellation through 'text, phone call, or booking app' 24 hours before the class starts. Terms & Conditions Apply. For any classes in the 'am' time period (morning 00:00-12:00), clients must book those sessions at least '24' hours in advance. Clients are able to book sessions up to 4 hours in advanced, notify the instructor if the booking window has closed and you wish to book.
