Be a Mindful Yogi

​We have a few simple rules for attendees to follow -

  • Please arrive at least ten minutes before the class. Doors to the studio will be closed two minutes prior to the class commencing.

  • Wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle and hand towel with you.

  • Please make sure your mobile phones are switched off before the class commences.

  • All classes run for a duration of one hour.

  • Advise your instructor of any injury, restricted movement or medical conditions (including pregnancy).

  • Abstain from eating two hours prior to your class.
