Be a Mindful Yogi
​We have a few simple rules for attendees to follow -

Please arrive at least ten minutes before the class. Doors to the studio will be closed two minutes prior to the class commencing.

Wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle and hand towel with you.

Please make sure your mobile phones are switched off before the class commences.

All classes run for a duration of one hour.

Advise your instructor of any injury, restricted movement or medical conditions (including pregnancy).
-
Abstain from eating two hours prior to your class.
